About Us
At Blackbird Indoor Golf, our mission is to give back to the game of golf and our local community by inspiring and instilling a love for the game in everyone that walks throughour doors. John grew up in the rough city of Brockton, Massachusetts and as a kid found a job in the backroom of a local golf shop which inspired a life-long love of the game and the community that it can create. As adults and now with children of their own, John Liz envisioned a community-oriented space where we could share the passion for golf and athletics with people from all walks of life and skill levels.
John has taught golf but his true passion lies in coaching youth sports, and views athletics as a great way to teach leadership, compassion, dedication, hard work and patience (qualities we all know are essential in this game!). Liz, a new golfer, shares John’s vision of creating a welcoming, year-round, dynamic social environment for both serious and casual golfers. Guests will enjoy a relaxed and welcoming environment, dedicated play on state-of-the-art equipment, and a variety of beverages and snacks to savor while watching their favorite sporting events.
